About The Event
Murder Scenario “Witches Ball”
Welcome to Salem, Massachusetts, for the annual Founders Day Celebration and Costume Ball! On this day in 1626, the city of Salem was first established by European setters. Mayor Stephen Bishop and his wife Annette Meyers Bishop are our hosts this evening. Mayor Bishop is campaigning for re-election next month, while Annette is celebrating a rather large family inheritance by making a large donation to the Smithsonian Museum in Washington DC. Also making an appearance tonight is Mr. Archie Cravens, the town bank manager and city council member. Brenda Stevenson is the town historian and with trial expert. There are also three unknown out-of-town investors. Enjoy mingling with your company and enjoy your meal, while we celebrate the founding of this legendary town, home of the infamous Salem Witch Trials! Costumes are highly encouraged!
